2. Description of Services

YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd provides private group mentorship services focused on professional self-leadership and career development.

The mentorship consists of live interactive sessions over a three-month period, together with ongoing support as described on the website.

The mentorship is a non-formal educational experience and does not constitute an accredited qualification or professional certification.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing mentorship services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Full payment must be received before participation in the mentorship begins.

YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd does not store payment card details.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Under UK consumer law, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

However:

If you purchase mentorship services and the mentorship begins within this 14-day period, you expressly agree that the service will begin before the end of the cancellation period. Once the first live session has taken place, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • You may request a full refund at any time before the first live session begins.

  • Once the first session has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Failure to attend sessions does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Attendance and Participation

Live attendance is expected.

Sessions are not recorded.

If you are unable to attend a session, it is your responsibility. Missed sessions are not refunded and recordings will not be provided.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The mentorship is designed to support professional development. However, results depend on individual effort, engagement, and application.

YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd does not guarantee specific career, financial, or professional outcomes.

8. Educational Purpose Only

The mentorship is provided for educational and developmental purposes.

It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

9. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for how you apply the information shared.

  • Any actions you take are at your own discretion.

  • YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on mentorship content.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and session materials provided during the mentorship are protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Record sessions (audio or video)

  • Share materials with third parties

  • Reproduce or distribute content

without prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other members.

Information shared within sessions should not be disclosed outside the group.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income or opportunity

  • Decisions taken based on mentorship content

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

13. Changes to Services

YDAB – Your Dreams are Bigger Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the mentorship structure where necessary.

Participants will be informed of any significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
